By purchasing a product from us, you indicate that you accept the following policies:

SHIPPING POLICY

In the checkout process, you are given the choice of your preferred shipping method. The shipping quote is automatically generated based on distance, package weight, and shipping method. This shipping cost is automatically added to the total cost of your order.
Once your payment is received, your order will typically be sent out within one or two business days. (Please note that we only ship orders Monday-Friday. We are also unable to ship on major U.S. holidays.)

If applicable, you will be sent an email containing a tracking or delivery confirmation number once we ship your order.
We cannot be held accountable for lost, damaged, or late orders as it is the sole responsibility of the parcel carrier to ensure you receive your package in an orderly and timely fashion.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

USPS Priority Mail
Packages will usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
A delivery confirmation number will be provided via email when your order is shipped.

USPS Express Mail
Packages will usually arrive within 1-2 days. (This includes Sundays and Holidays)
A tracking number will be provided via email when your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Priority Mail International
Packages will usually arrive within 6-10 business days.
Tracking numbers are currently not available for this shipping method.

USPS Express Mail Interntaional
Packages usually arrive within 3-5 days. (This includes Sundays and Holidays)
Tracking numbers are currently not available for this shipping method.


ORDER AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Orders:

Stock Orders

All of our online inventory is stored on-site to offer you quickest possible order processing. We will never sell you something we do not actually have.

Service Orders

Please allow extra time for custom orders, such as LED installations, hardware repair, etc. This time will usually only be an extra day or two, varying with the difficulty of the service and the existing work load.

All prices listed on this site are in U.S. Dollars.

All credit card transactions are handled through PayPal. All transactions take place on their highly-secure servers so you don't have to worry about credit card fraud. Please click here to learn more about why it is so safe to shop online with PayPal!
Creating a PayPal account to make a credit transaction is completely optional. Just click the continue link below "Don't have a PayPal account?" to continue with your purchase and decide later if you would like to have a free account with PayPal.

As a side note, please make sure the information you enter in match up EXACTLY with how it is written on your credit card billing statement. If not, this may cause your transaction to be declined for security purposes.

PayPal Account
I can only accept PayPal accounts with a confirmed shipping address. It's a very simple and short process to have your PayPal account confirmed; if you do not know how to confirm your PayPal account, please check out this article.

Check/Money Order
Personal checks, cashier's checks, and postal money orders are all accepted. Please allow time for your check to clear before your order can be processed. This usually takes one week or less.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES/WARRANTY

Warranty

If you find an item to be defective within thirty days of purchase (or within a warranty period specified for that product), you are are entitled to an exchange for a non-defective replacement. In special cases, a refund may be offered as a second choice or as an only option. (An example being that I no longer have that product in stock.)

Your warranty becomes void if the defect is determined to be caused by your error. The warranty on a motherboard is instantly void if you attempt to solder anything to it. This includes, but is not limited to chip installs and activity lights; no exceptions!

RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorizations):

Before a return or exchange can take place, you must obtain an RMA. Please contact us at this address to obtain one. Be sure to include your order number and a detailed description of the problem and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

Exchanges

No matter what, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us. Assuming the item is within the terms of the agreed warranty, we will gladly exchange your defective product for a working one, free of charge. The shipping to you is on us.
But, if you voided the terms of the warranty, your item will not be exchanged and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to yourself. (It's best just to admit mistakes up front rather than having to pay twice to ship an item around pointlessly. We're usually pretty lenient and we'll try to work out a solution that works for all of us.)

Returns
In the event an exchange is not possible, or was predetermined that a return was in order, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item in its entirety, we'll issue a refund as soon as possible.
